Objective:

  3. Operational process analysis: Process mapping, production process description, and identification of "hot spots".

  4. Delivery / Presentation (online or in-person) of a confidential report detailing the current situation, identified actions, and recommendations for eco-design and plastic circularity within your company.

Circularity Assessment Tool:
The assessment is based on a multi-criteria analysis grid, evaluating several dimensions of circularity within the company:

  • Circular business models: implementation of closed-loop systems, consideration of product-as-a-service (PaaS) models

  • Eco-design & LCA: use of life cycle assessment to inform design, packaging, or marketing strategy in collaboration with customers
