Biobased durable coatings
In the case of biobased coatings, petroleum-based raw materials (mainly binders and solvents) are largely replaced by renewable materials while maintaining the quality and functional properties of the coating.
Biobased durable coatings are the sum of three factors: biobased raw materials, a long life span and a CO2 footprint as low as possible.
- Experience in the production of biobased monomers, precursors and additives for coatings (e.g. diamines) for the production of bio-epoxy, bio-polyurethanes, NIPU and benzoxazines.
- Formulation of coatings.
- Numerous coating technologies and processes.
